I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and peaceful area that was away from the bustling city noise. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I was greeted with a warm welcome upon arrival. The room itself was well-appointed with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the fact that the hotel had a beautiful garden area with comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Additionally, the free toiletries provided were of high quality, adding to the luxurious experience.

This hotel is highly recommended for families, as it provides a safe and secure environment for everyone.

During my stay at Sica's Guest House - The Loft, I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a room change, ensuring we had a room on the main floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were well-kept and clean, and the establishment itself was impressive. The breakfast provided had a good variety, although the muffins were a bit dry. I would definitely recommend staying at Sica's Guest House - The Loft for a pleasant and comfortable visit.

Close proximity to the city centre and places of entertainment plus business nodes

They forgot to clean my room after the first as they thought that I was only booked for one day whereas it was two days as per the comment I had captured in order to correct the system inserted date

No time constraints, secure parking, neat and clean, fresh continental breakfast, on-site laundromat, comfy bed.

    All good.

It is very difficult to locate.

The accommodation and location was good and very convenient, i would definately stay there again.

The only problem i had was on arrival, there was no person there except the security guard for the check-in and when i had questions about the room there was nobody available as i had requested a double room but got what seemed to be twins put together. it would be nice for someone to be there to address any queries. however the stay was still a pleasant one.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Durban. the location was superb, nestled in a serene and picturesque setting. It provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Secondly, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and hospitable. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable armchairs and a lovely patio to unwind. This hotel truly exceeded all expectations.

Nothing could be improved, everything was perfect.

On my arrival, we were greeted by the security guard who was exceptionally helpful. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. There was hair in the toilet as we walked in, otherwise the room was great. Extra bath towels would have been nice. Breakfast was lovely, only that the scrambled eggs I had were the worst I have had in a long time. They were exceptionally dry. Makes me think they were powdered. Check out was a disaster, taking close to 20 minutes. After eveuntually finding reception (the chef guided me), there was no one there. I had to wait. I was then asked if I had already paid. I could have said yes I have and walked out, but I'm not like that. When I paid by card, the 'receptionist' lady did not know how to process the credit card payment. She told me I must wait while they find someone to do it. I became very agitated and processed it myself. The checkout procedure left a sour taste about my stay.

Great view but needed 4 x 4 to get up the hill in the wet...

Very poor WiFi service. Kept on dropping the link, it was horrendously slow and NOT value for money

I recently had a stay at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the prices were very reasonable for the value we received. Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms. The comfortable armchairs with a patio were a perfect way to relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and set us up for a great day of exploring. this hotel offers great value for money and is located in a peaceful area that allows for a relaxing stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The scenery, the cleanliness, warm and welcoming staff.

Just 1 person has given my low rating to Hotel staff above, all staff were excellent except the one lady named Mary - who needs to work on her attitude, being in the industry that she represents, she needs to be friendly . She came to clear the dishes at breakfast, she did not even look at us once, nor greet any of the guests, or ask them about their stay, very disappointed with her.

Proximity to restaurants, it felt more like a "chalet", missed room service.
